From a private plan to a crew ready to join

Give your community a time, a briefing and a clear way to sign up.

ALL-E brings operation planning, member responses and host approvals into one workspace. Star Citizen features are free. Start with a private plan for your Discord, then decide when members can see it and how they can join.

Make a private plan

1. Choose the right Discord server. Use the button above, sign in and choose a server you can manage. ALL-E must be connected. A server administrator can also delegate access to Events, fleet & alliances. Opening this page does not change anyone’s permissions. If needed, add ALL-E to Discord first.
2. Open Plan an operation. You will arrive at Alliances → Operations. You can plan privately for your own community without inviting another server.
3. Choose a starting point. Use a mining, cargo convoy, convoy escort or newcomer training starter, or apply one of your server’s saved briefings. Review the title, purpose and briefing. Saved briefings help you reuse those details; choose the dates and audience for this operation.
4. Set the time and save. Enter a start and end time in the timezone shown beside the form. Calendars display dates in the viewer’s local time. Review the details before creating the operation. It starts private to planners.

To plan with other servers, use an accepted alliance or mutual-defense agreement, or an accepted named alliance. Organization relationships need current verification, and invited servers review whether to join. An invitation does not grant access to every community’s plans.

Invite your members into the plan

1. Decide how sign-up works. Open the operation’s Event settings. Choose Open sign-up or Host approval required. Crew seats, member ships and supply contributions have their own controls.
2. Review what members will see. In Members & RSVPs, choose Enable member RSVPs. Read the confirmation before selecting Confirm member access.
3. Follow attendance and requests. Members who have access can open the operation in their calendar or through /operations in Discord. Review attendance in Members & RSVPs and approval requests in Event settings.

Members still need current access to the participating community. Some communities also require verified RSI organization membership. If you change the schedule or participation rules, earlier responses or requests may need to be renewed.

Check your response without signing up again

Open your member calendar, choose the operation and review its participation details. A request waiting for host approval is pending; it is not confirmed attendance.

In Discord, use /operations, select an operation and choose Refresh my status after the host responds. Refreshing checks your saved response without submitting another Going request. The displayed status is a snapshot, so refresh again if the host changes it.

If the calendar is empty, an organizer may not have enabled member access yet, or no upcoming operation is available to your account. Ask your organizer which community and operation to use.
